The Story Behind The Duck Veil

Welcome to The Duck Veil, your lakeside getaway on beautiful Reelfoot Lake. Our name is inspired by two special parts of this area: Reelfoot is known far and wide for its incredible duck hunting, and the large deck on our property, built originally for a family wedding, brings in the meaning of "the veil." Together, The Duck Veil represents both the natural beauty of the lake and the special moments shared here.

We’re a small, locally owned property offering five spacious RV sites right on the water. What started as a love for Reelfoot Lake and a desire to share its beauty with others has grown into a peaceful space for visitors to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything this unique part of West Tennessee has to offer.

Whether you're here for world-class fishing, boating, duck hunting, or simply to take in the peaceful views, our goal is to provide a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to call home during your stay. We’re proud to offer personal service, flexible booking, and local knowledge to help make your visit one to remember.

We’re so glad you’re here - welcome to The Duck Veil!
